BiographyVictor was born in Columbus, Ohio on September 7.
His parents are both Filipino. His mother from Pampanga and his father from Bicol.
In the late 70's Victor's parents migrated to America.
When Victor was three, they moved to upstate New York where he grew up and finished his studies in Le Moines College with a degree in finance.
Victor once worked in Armory Club, a bar in New York as a bouncer. He was then 200lbs.
He is now down at 160lbs in his 5'10' frame.
Showbiz Career
First noticed in Marimar (Filipino version), played the role of Marimar's attorney, Adrian.
Victor was discovered by a talent manager and introduces to GMA-7 upon visiting the Philippines for a vacation. GMA-7 gave him a three-year contract with GMA Artist Center. He also did some commercials and hosting jobs for AVP.

Good news for you ladies out there because currently this hunk doesn't have any girlfriend. He said he is "so torpe" that he couldn't even do small talks to Marian Rivera (as Marimar) and Katrina Halili (as Marimar's rival).
